1. The taste is different.
There is a big difference in taste between solid cauliflower and loose cauliflower. Cauliflower tastes sweet and crisp, can be fried or served cold, and tastes very good. It is generally used in restaurants.
Solid cauliflower has a softer texture, so it is more suitable to eat it grilled. If it is fried or mixed with cold dishes, the taste will not be so good.
2. The appearance is different.
The color of loose cauliflower will be yellower, while the color of the stems will be greener, and the cauliflower stems of loose flowers will be longer than the solid cauliflower stems. Moreover, the solid cauliflower is milky white in color, the stems are light in color, and the rhizomes are very short.
