I. stainless steel pot
Stainless steel pot is attractive, nonpoisonous and tasteless, and has stable performance. It is suitable for induction cookers. However, because of its slow heat conduction, it is more suitable for making soup, and it is not recommended to be used as a wok.
Second, cast iron pot
Cast iron pot is made by die casting process, which has the advantages of fast heat conduction, hard texture, wear resistance and scratch resistance, and is not easy to deform. Usually use it as a wok and put it on an induction cooker, and the effect is good.
Third, the enamel pot
The enamel pot can be used on the induction cooker, because the induction cooker uses electromagnetic induction to heat the metal pot with magnetic conductivity, so it can be used.
Requirements of induction cooker for selection of pots and pans;
1, iron magnetic conductivity is good, and the flat bottom of the pot exceeds the minimum area. Most types of stainless steel are made of non-magnetic or weakly magnetic materials, and the carrier cannot be used. On the induction cooker, the pots and pans given with the stove are mostly thin and easy to burn.
2, the pot should not be too heavy. Induction cookers are different from stoves made of brick or iron, and their bearing weight is limited. Generally, the food in the cooker should not exceed 5 kg, and the bottom of the cooker should not be too small, so that the pressure on the cooker surface is uniform and not too concentrated. If it is necessary to heat the overweight and oversized cooker, a support frame should be set up for the cooker, and then the induction cooker should be stuffed into the bottom of the cooker.
3. The induction cooker adopts the principle of magnetic field induction eddy current heating, which uses current to generate a magnetic field through a coil. When the magnetic force in the magnetic field passes through the bottom of an iron-containing pot, numerous small eddy currents will be generated, which will make the pot itself heat at a high speed, and then heat the food in the pot. Suitable pot containers include ferromagnetic pots and stainless steel pot.
