Ingredients
Hazelnut spread? 50g of unsalted butter, 10g of sugar, 500g of milk, banana? 2g salt, 3 eggs, 225g all purpose flour
Methods
Microwave the unsalted butter until it becomes liquid.
Place all the flour, eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl and pour in the cream and 100g of the milk
While whisking, slowly pour in the remaining 400g of milk.
On low heat, spread some cream on the bottom of the pan, then pour in the batter and swirl the pan so that the batter is evenly distributed on the bottom of the pan in a round shape.
After 30 to 40 seconds and a few cracks appear, cook for another 20 to 30 seconds
Place the pancake on a plate, spread the hazelnut spread and banana slices on top, then fold the pancake in half and then again in half to finish.
