How to make fried ginger shreds (fried fruits) ?

Get a moderately soft and hard dough

Tips
Use medium or medium-low heat to fry, don't turn to high heat and fry it until it's burnt.
The more oil you put in, the crispier it will be; the more water you put in, the crispier it will be. This ratio is for crispiness. You can adjust it according to your own taste.
