There are many ways to eat milk in pudding. I wonder which one you like. This is how I eat at home.
1. Milk, eggs and pudding
Ingredients: 250ml milk, two eggs, proper amount of sugar and proper amount of white vinegar.
Methods: Stir the eggs into a bowl, drop a few drops of white vinegar, add milk, continue to stir, then add sugar, stir evenly, and then put them in the oven for baking or steaming with water.
2. Mango milk pudding
Ingredients: 250ml milk, diced powder, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of mango.
Methods: Dissolve about 20 ml of gelatin powder with fresh milk, cut mango into small pieces, add sugar to milk, and heat in a pot. Pour in the melted gelatin milk and stir until the gelatin powder is completely melted. Filter the milk, pour it into a container, and then put the mango granules in the refrigerator for cold storage and molding. Then put mango granules on the noodles.
3. Milk pudding
Ingredients: 250ml milk, two egg whites, lemon juice and sugar.
Method: Heat the milk in a pot, skim off the foam while stirring, pour it out after heating and cooling, put the egg white in a bowl, add a proper amount of sugar and a few drops of lemon juice, stir it evenly, then pour the prepared egg white into the milk solution, then cover it with plastic wrap, make a small hole, put it in a steamer, and steam it for about 15 minutes. The milk is in the pudding. You can take it out after steaming.
Children are advised not to buy pudding powder. Milk and eggs would be better.
