Step 1. Pour warm water into the basin little by little , add an appropriate amount of salt, and then use chopsticks to stir into pieces.
2. Knead into a smooth and slightly soft dough. (Mom told us that pancake noodles should be softer.)
3. Let the dough rest at room temperature for fifteen minutes, then roll the entire dough into a large pancake.
4. Spread a little salad oil on the flatbread.
5. Sprinkle the chopped green onion evenly on top of the dough.
6. Start rolling up the entire dough from one side.
7. Cut the entire roll into three parts. (The other one is in Fatty’s hand)
8. Pick up one section, pinch both sides to close it, and then flatten it from top to bottom into a small round cake.
9. Use a rolling pin to roll the small round cake into a thin cake. (We rolled it according to the size of my pan)
10. Put a little oil on the bottom of the pan, spread it evenly, heat the pan, add the rolled out puff pastry, and pan pancake over medium-low heat.
