According to Article 173 of the China People's Liberation Army Internal Affairs Ordinance (Trial), Chapter 10, Daily System, Section 6, Registration and Statistics, grass-roots units should conscientiously do a good job in registration and statistics, and truthfully, accurately, timely and normatively fill in "seven books, five volumes, three tables and one book". Its specific meaning is:
① Seven books: diary of important events of the company (log book), minutes of joint affairs meetings, minutes of meetings of party branches, minutes of work of youth league branches, minutes of work of military commissions, registers of network, mobile phones and secret vector, and registers of document management;
② Five books: military training register, training equipment and teaching materials register, production and property management register, catering management register and ordnance equipment register.
③ Three tables: weekly work schedule, military training monthly statistical report and weekly recipe table.
(4) Book 1: The List of Personnel.
The style of "seven books, five books, three tables and one book" is unified, and the relevant departments of the Military Commission are responsible for supervision. Conditional grass-roots units can register and count electronic documents in accordance with the prescribed style.
With the approval of the Central Military Commission, the Fourth Headquarters of the People's Liberation Army issued the "Regulations" in July 20 15, requiring the whole army and the Armed Police Force to further standardize the guidance and management order of grass-roots work. The "Regulations" emphasize the reduction of grassroots registration statistics, and explicitly require that the "eight books, six books and three tables and one book" specified in the 20 1 1 four headquarters documents be integrated into "seven books, five books and three tables and one book". This is not only a concrete measure, but also a clear signal to strictly control the "account book" and reduce the burden for the grassroots.
