First, go to the Homestead Receiver and buy a house in the suburbs; or go into a neighborhood and buy a house after you've bought a good plot of land.

Go into the house, talk to the butler and tell him you want to buy a servant.

Enter your own vegetable garden from the first floor of the house on the right, plant vegetables, take the harvest, and get a servant to make a love bento.
