How to make Braised Pork Ribs with Potatoes

1. Ingredients: 8 small pieces of ribs, 2 potatoes, 2 slices of ginger, corn starch, light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of sugar. A small spoonful of salted chicken powder (you can omit it or use other marinades) and a piece of fermented bean curd.
