Practice of making rice candy with rice
The method of making rice sugar from rice: 300g of rice, 50g of cornflakes, 80g of sugar, 20g of maltose and a spoonful of flour. After washing the rice, put it into an electric cooker and steam it. Use a spoon to break up the steamed rice. After cooling, put it in the fresh-keeping area of the refrigerator for one night, then add a spoonful of flour and grab it evenly until the rice grains are loose. Heat the pot to 60% with proper amount of oil, and then pour in loose rice grains. Corn flakes are also poured into the pot and fried until they float, and then taken out. In the pot, 80 grams of sugar and 20 grams of maltose are poured into half a bowl of water. When the rice and cornflakes are boiled and bubbled on medium heat, pour them into the pot and stir fry. When the syrup completely wraps the rice and there is no sugar solution in the pot, it is poured into a container, heated and pressurized repeatedly, then cooled in a ventilated place, and then cut into blocks.
