Bluefin tuna farm is located in Izmir tuna farm in Turkey on the Aegean coast. The young bluefin tuna caught from the ocean are kept in the circular floating cage. Nagasaki Prefecture has many sea areas suitable for aquaculture because of its complex terrain. It is because of its superior natural and geographical conditions that it has become the main bluefin tuna breeding base in Japan.
