On December 17, 2018, Guangdong Delicious Fresh Seasoning Food Co., Ltd. and Qushui Langtian Huide Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement of Guangdong Chubang Food Co., Ltd." for 340 million yuan. Acquired 20% of the equity of Chubang held by Langtian Huide at a price of 20%.

After the acquisition, Chubang became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Delicious Fresh Seasoning Food Co., Ltd.
