How to fry spicy chicken with green pepper
Composition:
300g of chicken, 30g of green pepper, 20g of red pepper, green garlic 10g, ginger 10g, 5 cloves of garlic, refined salt 1 spoon, chicken essence 1 spoon, bean paste 1 spoon and Chili oil/kloc-0.
Practice of Chili Chicken with Green Pepper:
1. Wash and chop chicken, slice ginger, cut green garlic and chop green pepper;
2. Add the right amount of oil to the pot and heat it. Add ginger slices and garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add bean paste and chicken pieces and stir-fry until 70% done.
3. Then add Shaoxing wine, refined salt, Chili oil and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly, pour in green pepper, stir-fry evenly, and add water to boil 15 minutes;
4. Finally, add green garlic and mix well, cover the pot and stew for another 5 minutes.
Tips:
Adding a proper amount of ginger slices to chicken can remove the fishy smell inside.
