① Wash grapefruit first, rub the skin with salt, and then soak it in water of about 60 degrees for 10 minute to remove the wax from the grapefruit skin.
(2) Peel the grapefruit skin and remove the white part between the grapefruit skin and the grapefruit meat. The thinner the better, the less bitter it will be.
(3) Cut the grapefruit peel into filaments with a knife, the finer the better, and soak it in light salt water for 15 minutes.
