The recipe of almond tofu is as follows:
Material preparation: 80g almonds, 80g sugar, 40g milk powder, 35g agar, 1500ml water, appropriate amount of osmanthus sugar, appropriate amount of honey, etc.
1. Soak the agar in water until soft.
2. Soak the almond slices in appropriate amount of water.
3. Add 1000ML water and almond slices to the food processor.
4. Sift the beaten almond milk into the pot and add white sugar.
5. Add milk powder.
