After washing all the ingredients except rock sugar and dried osmanthus, add about 600 ml of water and soak for 15-20 minutes

After the first boil, pour the soup into a clean container. All ingredients remain in the pot.

Add rock sugar and dried osmanthus before serving.
After the rock sugar melts, turn off the heat. Mix the second soup with the first soup. Let cool and then refrigerate.
