Appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of starch
Steps:
1. Beef tongue
2. Cut the beef tongue Put it in a pot of water and boil
3. Remove the tongue coating and skin from the surface and wash them
4. Slice and put in a bowl
5. Cut the green onions into sections and put them in a bowl. Warm oil in a pot and fry over low heat until brown
6. Put green onion slices, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, galangal, angelica and seasonings on the beef tongue
7. Add stock (or Oxtail soup) steamed for an hour
8. Wash the cabbage and blanch it in boiling water
9. Stir-fry and place on a plate
10 , put beef tongue on the cabbage heart
11. Thicken the soup with water starch
12. Pour it on the beef tongue
