How to make Lahai Garlic (Aged Vinegar Pickled Garlic) ?
Refrigerate the purple-skinned garlic overnight, peel it, and place it in a clean container. Do not add more than two-thirds of the garlic to the container.
Fill the container with vinegar and seal it. Let sit in a warm place for about a week while the garlic cloves turn green.
