The other, which I want to focus on, is hand-made dried apples.
It looks ugly at first glance, but my sister said that she made it herself and didn't add anything. She advised me to try it. Taste sweet and slightly sour, moderate hardness. After chewing a piece of lips and teeth, there is still the smell of apples. I heard you can do it at home. As a foodie, I must inquire about the practice. I didn't expect my sister's approach to be super simple. Just wash the apples, cut them into pieces of moderate thickness and put them on the heater to dry. I like it very much. When I left, my sister specially packed a bag for me to take home to eat.
Before the weekend was over, I ate most of the bag of apples I took home. There are still apples in the refrigerator. Make them yourself.
Because eating apples has never liked eating skins, my mother gave me an artifact-an apple peeler. Just do it, and the apple will be ready soon. But the problem is that the floor at home is warm, and there is no radiator, so it can't be baked on the floor. The room temperature at home is about 20 degrees, which is not up to the requirements.
Then I thought of the oven that had been useless for a long time in the kitchen. Take out the baking tray, spread paper on it and code the apple slices. Thinking that the temperature should not be too high, I set the fire at 50 degrees, set the fixed time for 30 minutes, and then sat waiting for my apple to dry.
Maybe I don't want to eat it too easily. After the oven "ding", I took it out and found that the color had not changed, just like when I put it in before. I guess the heat is not enough. Put it back, adjust the temperature to 90 and continue for 30 minutes. Unexpectedly, these "guys" would rather die than surrender, baking at high temperature for an hour without dropping a drop of water. In a rage, I set the temperature to 150, set it directly for an hour, and then went to do something else. I thought it would be okay this time.
An hour later, I went to see it again, and the color finally got darker, but it was still wet when I twisted it with my fingers. I completely lost my confidence. At this rate, it will take several years to turn into dried apples! I had no choice but to take this plate of semi-finished products out, put it in a ventilated window, cover it with a layer of paper to prevent dust and let it die!
I didn't expect me to give up, and my mother hasn't given up yet. I came home from work the next day and saw my mother's masterpiece. Sure enough, the road is much harder than it!
I went home and tasted a piece yesterday. Although it's not too dry and chewy, it's already a little dry. My dried apples taste a little sour, which is probably related to the variety of apples. I remember my sister who gave me dried apples said that the dried apples she made were excellent Luochuan apples, and the sugar content should be high. However, my homemade dried apples have a unique taste and can form a school of their own.
Just like many people watch cooking, makeup, handicrafts and other tutorials online:
Eyes.-I will!
Brain.-I can!
Hand-what should I do?
It is better to pass it with your eyes (ears) (ears) than with your hands. Maybe you will encounter many surprises (scares) when you start working!
