Chop 500g of ribs, cut 800g of wax gourd, four mushrooms, 4 slices of ginger, a handful of shallots (tied into knots), cooking wine 1 tablespoon, salt, chicken essence and water.
Practice:
1, wash and dry the ribs, boil the water in the pot, boil the ribs until the blood is exhausted, and take them out.
2. Put a proper amount of water in the casserole, add ribs, ginger slices, onion knots and cooking wine. After the fire is boiled, simmer for 2 hours.
3. Add wax gourd and mushrooms and continue to stew for 40-60 minutes until the wax gourd is soft and rotten. You can put some Lycium barbarum soaked in warm water about 10 minutes before turning off the fire, which is good anyway.
4. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Efficacy:
Wax gourd is cool and sweet, and has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, inducing diuresis to reduce swelling, quenching thirst and relieving restlessness.
