300g of enoki mushrooms, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, sesame oil
Methods
1. Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them, put them on a plate, and steam them in a pot for 3-5 minutes.
2. Pour off the excess water on the plate after steaming (you can use it for stir-fry or add it to soup).
3. Cool and toss with soy sauce, vinegar and salt, then drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green leaves.
