Ingredients: 80g fresh abalone beef, 1 bowl of shredded pork rice, 4 fresh abalone, perilla 10g, ginger 10g, 5g coriander, 2g salad oil and 5g sesame oil.
Accessories: salt 3g, oyster sauce 10g, soy sauce 15g, pepper 2g.
Steps:
1, all materials, fresh abalone shell, brush clean.
2. Wash the silk seedlings slightly and put them into the rice cooker, and add appropriate amount of water.
3. Add Jamlom salt and Jamlom salad oil to the pot, and start the rice cooker to cook first.
4. Marinate the materials when cooking. Cut the fresh abalone in half and mix in shredded ginger, oyster sauce and pepper. Mix beef slices with the same marinade. Cut perilla, coriander and onion into small pieces.
5. When the rice is cooked until the water is just dry, put the marinated fresh abalone and beef slices on the rice noodles and stew for 15 minutes.
6. Open the lid, pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle with perilla and coriander, and stew for 10 minute.
7. When eating, stir all the ingredients in the rice evenly.
8. Put the rice, beef and fresh abalone into a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
