The home-made method of pickling dried radish is as follows:
Materials/tools: 3 white radish, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of spicy millet, appropriate amount of salt, 1 glass jar.
1. Select the fresh white radish you need.
2. Wash the white radish and remove the stem and root ends. No need to peel.
3. Cut the white radish vertically with a knife, cut the large ones into six pieces, and cut the small ones into four pieces, and place them in a basin.
4. Let it dry on the outdoor roof for two to three days.
5. Sun-dry the radish until it is wilted and still has some moisture.
6. Prepare ginger, millet and salt.
7. Pour the white radish in water, wring it out slightly, cut the ginger into shreds, cut the pepper into sections, add an appropriate amount of salt, mix them together.
8. After mixing well, place the container, press it slightly to release some water, and cover it tightly.
9. After marinating for three days, it is ready to eat. The color will be more beautiful after ten days and a half.
