Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, salt, chicken powder 1 tablespoon, white sugar 1 teaspoon, high-alcohol liquor 1 tablespoon.
Steps:
1. Prepare all the materials.
2. Wash and dry the pepper, and then remove the pedicel (don't remove the pedicel first, so as not to dry it in the water).
