Ingredients: fresh mushrooms 100g, lean pork 100g, peanut oil, salt and monosodium glutamate.
Exercise:
Wash mushrooms and pork, slice them, put them in a casserole, add water to boil the soup, and when the soup is thick and the meat is cooked, add peanut oil, salt and monosodium glutamate to taste. You can eat it often.
Chicken wings and mushroom soup
Ingredients: Lily root 1 Ingredients: 8 chicken wings, 8 mushrooms, 3 celery, 3 tablespoons of wine, 5 tablespoons of salt 1.5, a little pepper, 2 drops of sesame oil 1-2, and 6 cups of water.
Exercise:
1. Wash chicken wings, remove water and add wine, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add water to the pot and cook. After boiling, skim off the foam and cook for another 20 minutes.
3. Cut celery stems into 4cm long segments, and peel and wash lily roots.
4. Add sliced mushrooms, lily roots and celery and season with sesame oil.
Vegetable mushroom soup
Ingredients: a handful of green vegetables, 50g mushrooms, auricularia auricula 10, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, appropriate amount of salt, a little pepper, a little broth essence and a little sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash the vegetables, soak the fungus in advance and wash it for later use. Tear the mushrooms apart and soak them in light salt water for a while before washing.
2. Heat the pan, add oil, saute shallots and ginger. Pour in mushrooms and fungus, stir-fry for a while and turn off the heat.
3. Pour the fried mushrooms and fungus into the soup pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes, and season with salt.
4. Cook for another 5 minutes, then add pepper and stock essence, and add vegetables.
5. Turn off the fire after the vegetables become soft and add sesame oil.
