Braised hairtail
Main ingredients: hairtail egg flour
Marining seasoning: white pepper, rice wine/cooking wine, salt, green onion and shredded ginger
Braised seasoning: Scallions, ginger slices, garlic cloves, Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and salt
1 Wash the hairtail, pack it, add white pepper powder, salt, rice wine/cooking wine, stir in the shredded onions and ginger, mix well and marinate 20 minutes
2. Coat the marinated hairtail in whole egg liquid and then in flour
Put it in a pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Serve out and set aside
3. Wash the pot, pour a little oil, add scallions, ginger slices and garlic
Saute dried chili and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant
4. Pour in hairtail, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and optional sugar. Salt for seasoning and coloring
5 Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium and low heat and simmer until the flavor is absorbed and the soup thickens over high heat
Shrimp, celery and lily
Main ingredients : Shrimp, celery and lily
Seasoning: chopped green onion, salt, chicken powder and starch
