The authentic recipe of Sichuan ginger duck is as follows:
Tools/Materials: tender duck, young ginger, Mapo tofu sauce, green pepper, red pepper, cooking wine, tangerine peel, star anise, incense Leaves, cardamom, pepper, vegetable oil, light soy sauce, salt, pot, water.
