How to Make Fish Cakes (Fish Tofu) ?
Fish fillets cut into pieces, using a food processor to beat into fish puree, the longer you beat the fish puree the finer and more popping.
The flour is about one-third of the fish paste, and the proportion varies according to personal preference.
Grease a baking sheet with a little oil, or a non-stick coated baking sheet if you don't need one, and pour the fish mixture into it and press it flat.
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 degrees) and bake for about 30 minutes.
(Halfway through the baking process, the fish will swell and bulge, so you can let it sit for a while and let the surface slowly flatten out before taking it out to avoid collapsing)
Cool and cut into pieces, and freeze them to eat as you like.
