Exercise:
1. Wash the shrimp first, remove the shrimp intestines and cut into small pieces;
2. Peel the horseshoe, put it in a plastic bag, pat it with a knife a few times, and then chop it with the back of the knife; Put the horseshoe in a plastic bag and break it, so the horseshoe won't fly everywhere.

5. The next step is to wrap wonton: take a piece of wonton skin, put a proper amount of stuffing in the middle, sprinkle some water around the stuffing, fold it in half, stick the wonton skin by hand, and then squeeze the dough into a fishtail shape with a tiger's mouth;
