Marinade practice for brine noodles
Ingredients:dried beans, dried fungus, dried shiitake mushrooms, eggs, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, cornstarch, water, pepper oil.

1. Cut the soaked dried beans into pieces. As shown in the picture below.

2. Cut the soaked fungus into pieces as shown below.

3. Dice the soaked dried mushrooms.

4. Scramble the eggs as shown below.

5. Restart the pan and sauté the ginger and garlic. Add all the ingredients you just diced into the pan and start frying.

6. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt to the water with mushrooms in it.

7. Pour the eggs into the pan and then add the cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

8. Finally add a spoonful of pepper oil, brined as below.
