Step 1: Let's draw a big circle for the caterpillar's head, and then draw four semi-circles from big to small behind the caterpillar's head for the caterpillar's body. Step 2: Draw a small circle in front of the head of the caterpillar a little to the left, and blacken the left half for the eyes of the caterpillar. Draw the mouth under the eyes. After the mouth is drawn, we draw two inverted number 6s on the head of the caterpillar to make the antennae of the caterpillar. Finally, use a short diagonal line to add tiny legs under each section of the caterpillar's body.

Step 3: After the caterpillar is finished, we use watercolor pencils to color the caterpillar according to our own knowledge of the caterpillar, or according to our own preference for color.
