Steps
1. Slice up the Chinese sausage, and set aside the chili pepper.
2. Wash and slice the onion and set aside.
3. Chop garlic and set aside.
4. Put oil in the frying pan, and add the garlic.
5. Stir fry the sausage.
6. Add onion slices.
7. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and a pinch of salt, thirteen spices and stir fry evenly.
8. Add green chili peppers and stir fry.
9. Stir-fry the green chili peppers until raw, then serve.
