Maintenance methods of Liangpi machine

1. Before starting the machine, the whole machine should be inspected and an appropriate amount of cooking oil should be added to the bearing position.

2. The dryness and humidity of the noodles should be appropriate. For every 100 kilograms of noodles, 30-35 kilograms of water should be added, and 1-1.5 kilograms of salt should be added, and the mixture should be evenly mixed.

3. Feed evenly and adjust the speed appropriately according to the situation of extruded noodles. When the extruded noodles are raw, the feeding speed should be reduced, and when the temperature is high, the feeding speed should be increased.

4. The noodles after coming out of the machine can be stored for a long time after being air-dried.

5. When using noodles, determine the soaking time in cold water according to the length of time they have been out of the machine, about 10-20 minutes. After soaking, gently rub the noodles with your hands to tear them apart, take them out, and add hot soup or hot noodles. Water and seasonings are ready to use.

6. After stopping the machine, remove the lower cap in time, idle for a few turns, throw out the remaining noodles in the machine in time, and soak the leaking basin in cold water. Note that the finished noodles cannot be soaked in boiling water, let alone cooked in a pot.
