Production method:
1: Yeast is mixed with 50g warm water.
2: Add sugar powder and oil to the eggs and stir well by hand, then add the sieved flour and continue to stir well.

4. Pour the fermented batter into the mold (the mold is covered with oil paper), put it in a steamer to wake it for about 10 minute (depending on the temperature adjustment time), then put it in cold water, steam it for about 15 minutes on medium fire, and take it out after turning off the fire for 5 minutes.
