1. Soak the bought oranges in water 10 minutes.
2. Rinse the soaked oranges again.
3. Drain the washed oranges for later use.
4. Sprinkle salt on the oranges, mix well and marinate for 12 hours.
5. Put the pickled oranges into a glass bottle, spread a layer of rock sugar and a layer of oranges, and add licorice and salted plum to each layer appropriately.
6. Cover and keep in the shade for 4 days.
After 7 or 4 days, open the lid and the pickled oranges can be eaten.
