Beat the chicken breast into minced meat with a knife or a cooking machine.
Chop onion and ginger and add them to minced meat.
Add other ingredients into the minced meat and stir in one direction.
Add mushrooms to water or broth, cover and boil. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue to cook 10 minutes (you can cook for a while if you have time)
Keep the meatballs on low heat.
Cut tofu into pieces and cook in a pot.
Season with soy sauce and salt.
Turn up the heat and cook until the meatballs float. If you are not in a hurry to eat after floating, it is no problem to continue cooking for about half an hour with the minimum fire. It will taste better after cooking for a long time. )
