How to make blueberry jam yogurt ice cream
Ingredients: It is best to use refrigerated ones, which are more effective and save time.
170g extra thick yogurt, 40g blueberry jam (other jams are also acceptable), 25g sugar, 100ML fresh cream
Preparation:
1. Yogurt Pour into a bowl and add sugar.
2. Add blueberry jam.
3. Pour in fresh cream.
4. Use an electric whisk to stir into a slightly thick ice cream liquid.
5. Pour the ice cream liquid into the frozen refrigeration barrel (because the ice cream liquid will expand during the freezing process, it is best not to pour more than 1/2 of the slurry into the inner barrel) .
6. Place the refrigeration barrel into the barrel and gently rotate the barrel to ensure it is completely closed.
7. Align the two buckles of the upper cover with the two recessed positions of the barrel body, and gently lower them to lock the upper cover and the barrel body into one.
8. Plug in the power cord, press the power switch to the I position, and the machine starts to work. You can open the feeding port from time to time to observe the progress. The ice cream production will be completed in about 25 minutes. Pour the ice cream out, top with blueberry jam, and enjoy! If you don’t have an ice cream machine, pour the slurry into an ordinary container, then put the container in the freezer of the refrigerator to freeze. Take it out and stir it with a spoon every 30 minutes, then continue freezing, repeat the above operations 3-4 times, and the ice cream is completed).
