Steps
1. Cook the tofu in boiling water for 2 minutes, then cool and drain.
2. Put the tofu into a pot and add chopped green onion.
3. Add sesame oil to the pot and add the sesame leaves and peppercorns and fry slowly over low heat.
4. Add a little green onion and continue to fry the flavor.
5. Take a small bowl and add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence and the right amount of water and mix and reserve.
6. Fish out the fried ingredients, then pour in the sauce and turn off the heat.
