Production steps:
1. Distillers’ grains, which is rice wine made at home. Take a tablespoon of the thick white liquid left at the bottom of the jar.
2. Add flour to distiller’s grains, add salt into water, and knead into dough.
3. The humidity is moderate. If it feels dry, add less water and knead again.
4. Put on a wet towel. Leave at room temperature 20 degrees for 6 hours.
5. Ferment until doubled in size, sprinkle a little less flour on the side, and knead until the surface is smooth and delicate.
6. Make steamed buns and let them rest for 15 minutes.
7. Steam them in a steamer for 20 minutes, then turn off the power and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes before taking them out.
