Boil a pot of boiling water, pour in clams, take them out, open them and drain them.
Heat oil in a pan, add a tablespoon of bean paste, pickled pepper and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the cooked clams and stir fry. When cooking, adding proper amount of white wine, steamed fish, lobster sauce and white sugar can refresh you and remove fishy smell.
Add green pepper and stir-fry for a while. Serve.
