Small yellow croaker 500g
Pork belly 1 piece
Salt 1 spoon
Onion 1 root
Ginger 1
Garlic 1 head
2 tablespoons cooking wine
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons vinegar
Pepper 1 spoon
4 star anise
Braised crisp fish
1. Scales, gills and internal organs of small yellow croaker are removed and washed for later use.
2. Cut the fat pork belly or fat meat into thick slices for later use.
3. Boil the wok, spread the pork belly, and put the small yellow croaker on the pork belly. Be careful not to let the fish directly next to the pot, spread a layer of pork belly and a layer of fish.
4. Add onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, cooking wine and soy sauce.
5. Add a little more water than small yellow croaker, and pour some vinegar after boiling.
6. Turn to low heat and stew for one to one and a half hours.
