How to do it
1.Thicken the bowl juice; put the Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce and then the MSG, white sugar and yellow wine into the bowl and stir well. Add monosodium glutamate, sugar and yellow wine and stir well.
2. Heat a sauté pan on high heat, add a good amount of cooking oil and sauté the mushrooms.
3. Sauté the mushrooms until light brown, then sprinkle in a little black pepper and continue to sauté.
