1. Cut the pineapple in half. Place the pineapple on a cutting board, remove the tail and head with a knife, and cut it in half.
2. Divide into four parts. Take one of the pieces and cut it into quarters again using a paring knife.
3. Cut off the bottom. After cutting, divide the pulp into small pieces and cut off the bottom horizontally.
4. Cut along the grain. Observe the lines on the pineapple skin and cut diagonally along the lines with a knife.
