Steps:

2. Pork with skin is cooked with onion, ginger, aniseed and cooking wine;

Ingredients: 2 dried Lentinus edodes, 20g auricularia, 5 shiitake mushrooms, 5 gluten, fresh shrimp (dried dried dried rice tastes stronger), 50g lean meat, 3-4 eggs, 2 star anise, a little starch (raw flour), salt, sugar, cooking wine and soy sauce.
Steps:
1, mushrooms and auricularia auricula are soaked in boiling water, and meat slices are marinated with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch for 20 minutes;
2. Put star anise in hot oil, stir-fry the meat and take it out for later use. Stir-fry 1-2 eggs and shrimps and take it out for later use.
3. Hot oil: fry mushrooms, fungus, mushrooms or day lilies with onion and ginger, add soy sauce, sugar and salt, then add boiling water, add scrambled eggs after boiling, add starch water after boiling, put it bit by bit, slowly collect juice to thicken the soup, pour in two eggs after boiling, and add sesame oil.
Tip: It is more authentic to use Tianjin's unique mature vinegar.
