Beef Burger
Ingredients: beef stuffing, hamburger bread, tomato, cucumber and lettuce.
Seasoning: Jiang Mo, cooking wine, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fresh fragrance, egg white, water starch and salad dressing.
Exercise:
1. Put the meat stuffing into a large bowl, add Jiang Mo, cooking wine, pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce, which is very delicious. After egg white and water starch are mixed evenly, stir in one direction.
2. Make the processed meat stuffing into round patties.
3. Oil the hot pot, fry the meat pie on both sides, and take it out for later use.
The hamburger bread is cut in half.
5. Spread lettuce, tomato slices and cucumber slices in the middle of the cut hamburger bread in turn, and squeeze the salad sauce.
