According to Su Yufei, director of the emergency department of Xi'an Children's Hospital, 15 students with suspected food poisoning symptoms came to the hospital one after another to receive treatment at 22:00 on the evening of the 7th. Since then, the hospital has done routine blood tests on the children, some of whom also received routine stool and ultrasound examinations. "8 morning checkup, these children's vital signs are generally stable, the symptoms are generally relieved, and now 7 children are admitted to the inpatient department to receive further treatment, and the other 8 children's symptoms are significantly reduced in the children, 6 have left the hospital to go home, and the other 2 are still in the Emergency Department for observation." Su Yufei said.

Su Yufei said that from the results of routine blood tests, it is not yet possible to determine the specific cause of the symptoms of the 15 children. Cai, a staff member at the Shaanxi Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention who is in charge of publicity, said his unit has intervened in the matter to launch an investigation.
