Raw materials preparation: germ rice, eggs, shrimp, carrots, broccoli, peas and corn.
Specific practices:
1. Put 40 grams of germinated rice and 80 ml of water into an electric cooker and stew for later use.
2. Take the yolk part of the egg (the whole egg can be used if the egg white is not allergic), and add the yolk to the cooked rice and stir well.
3. Remove the head and tail of the shrimp and the shrimp line. Boil with ginger slices and chop them. Wash the shrimp heads for later use. Blanch corn, peas, broccoli and carrots, peel, and chop carrots and broccoli.
4. Pour the complementary food oil into the pot, stir-fry the shrimp head, stir-fry the shrimp meat, remove the shrimp head and throw it away, then add corn, peas, carrots and broccoli and stir-fry together.
5. Pour in the rice, stir-fry until the eggs are fully cooked, and take out the pot.
