Method 1:
Ingredients preparation: 1000 grams of fresh carp, 15 grams of green onion , 5 grams of pepper, 10 grams of cooking wine, 10 grams of Sichuan pepper, 1 gram of MSG, 15 grams of ginger, 15 grams of vinegar, 30 grams of coriander, 10 grams of refined salt
Preparation steps
1. Remove scales, gills and internal organs from fresh carp, wash and cut into 3 cm pieces. Break the green onions and ginger.
2. Put the peppercorns, carp, green onions, ginger, Sichuan pepper, refined salt and cooking wine into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.
3. After adding vinegar and MSG, it is ready to serve.
Note: Add more water appropriately to keep the soup boiling. The finished vegetable soup will be like milk and taste delicious.
Method 2:
Ingredients preparation: 1 carp, 80 grams of ginger, 1 tablespoon of wolfberry.
Accessories: 2 tablespoons rice wine, 1 teaspoon salt.
Production steps
1. Remove the gills and belly of the carp, but not the scales, and wash them. You can also buy cooked carp to save trouble.
2. Peel the ginger, wash and slice it.
3. Heat the pot, add oil, add the carp, fry briefly on both sides, add 600 ml of water, rice wine, salt, wolfberry and ginger slices, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
Note: Be careful not to scrape off the fish scales. Simmering over low heat will allow the protein and calcium in the fish scales to dissolve into the soup, providing optimal nourishment to the body.
