3 tablespoons of light soy sauce (45 ml), 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce (15 ml), 1 teaspoon of sugar (5 grams), and sesame seeds at will.
How to make chicken wings with beer sauce?

Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil, then add the rinsed chicken wings. When the water comes to a boil again, skim off the foam with a spoon and continue to cook for 2 minutes, then pull out and drain.

Slice the scallions into 5-cm-long pieces. Peel and cut the ginger into large pieces. Add star anise, peppercorns and allspice leaves to the packet or seasoning box (or if you don't have one, in step 3, add them directly to the pot).

Pour oil into a wok and when the oil is about 70% hot and starting to smoke, add the chicken wings, keep the heat on medium and brown on both sides, then pour in the beer, scallions, ginger and seasoning packet. Add the soy sauce and soy sauce, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
4Open the lid and add sugar, change to high heat, the soup will be dry. Dispense and sprinkle with a few white sesame seeds.
