1. Shine shoes
Expired yogurt can be used to shine shoes. Haven't you heard of it? Many people like to wear leather shoes, but after wearing them for a long time, the gloss will decrease and they will become very old. Even if they are washed clean with water, they will still have a dull feeling. Yogurt can solve this problem. Wipe your leather shoes clean first with a soft cloth dipped in water. Then pour an appropriate amount of expired yogurt on the surface of the shoes, wipe it evenly, and a thin layer of yogurt will adhere to the yogurt. Finally put it in a ventilated place. After the yogurt dries, you will find that the leather shoes are much brighter and have the same luster as new shoes.
2. Remove ink from clothes.
As long as you usually use a pen, it is easy to leave ink marks on your clothes. Especially children, because they do not deliberately keep their clothes clean, they will leave large and small ink stains on their clothes when writing, and no amount of laundry detergent can wash them away. In this case, you can wash the clothes as usual, then pour some expired yogurt on a plate, dilute it with water, and soak the stained clothes in it for about a quarter of an hour. Take it out and wipe it gently, and the ink will be washed away quickly.
3. Skin care
Many people may have heard that expired yogurt has skin care effects, but they dare not try it because they don’t know whether it is true or not. Being brave, I tried it myself and found that it really works. Usually if you have expired yogurt, you can make your own yogurt mask. First prepare a small container, put some flour in it, then pour in the yogurt, stir evenly until it becomes a paste. Apply to face like a facial mask. After about ten minutes, I washed my face with water and found that my skin was moisturized and the whitening and moisturizing effect was very good.
4. Yogurt bath
In addition to applying facial mask for skin care, you can also take a bath with expired yogurt. When taking a shower, before spraying water, apply expired yogurt on the body, massage gently until the yogurt is completely absorbed by the skin, then rinse with water, even the shower gel is omitted. After washing, the skin on my body is smooth and moist, like taking a milk bath, very comfortable. If you find that there is still expired yogurt left after taking a shower, you can also wash your face with the same effect.
5. Bait
A slightly more careful fishing friend will find that expired yogurt is actually still a good raw material for making fish bait. The preparation method is very simple. After diluting the expired yogurt with water, add the drawing powder and the preparation is completed. Regardless of whether expired yogurt has a peculiar smell or not, it can be used as fish bait, and fish prefer this kind of bait.
6. Flour fermentation
Expired yogurt can also be used for flour fermentation. Does it also have the function of yeast? not bad! Because expired yogurt contains a large amount of lactic acid bacteria, which have the same effect as yeast, they can be used to ferment flour instead of yeast. Bread or steamed buns fermented with it will have a light milky aroma, making the food taste more delicious.
